HS-276 is a potent, highly selective and orally bioavailable TAK1 inhibitor with Ki of 2.5 nM.
HS-276 showed significant inhibition of TNF-mediated cytokine profiles in vitro (IC50=138 nM) and in vivo.
HS-276 demonstrated significant attenuation of arthritic-like symptoms in the CIA mouse model of inflammatory RA.
