HS-1793 is a resveratrol derivative that overcomes the resistance conferred by Bcl-2 in U937 cells via 14-3-3, exhibits antitumor activity via Bad and marked downregulates 14-3-3 protein.
HS-1793 induced polyploid LNCaP prostate cancer cells are vulnerable to downregulation of Bcl-xL.
HS1793 disrupts the interaction between AKT and heat shock protein 90 and induces apoptotic cell death and cell cycle arrest through downregulation of AKT in human colon cancer cells.
HS1793 inhibits hypoxia-induced HIF-1α and VEGF expression, and migration in human prostate cancer cells.
