HF-125 is a potent, selective small molecule inhibitor of Tribbles 2 (TRIB2), directly binds to destabilize and degrade TRIB2 proteins involving proteasomes and is effective both in vitro and in vivo.
HF-125 re-sensitizes enzalutamide-resistant prostate cancer cells.
HF-125 downregulates neuroendocrine markers and kills androgen-resistant neuroendocrine prostate cancer cells.
HF-125 decreases colony growth and triggers programmed cell death (apoptosis) in ERPC-NE cells.
HF-125 inhibits ERPC-NE tumor growth in SCID mice ERPC-NE cell line xenografts.
HF-125 synergizes with enzalutamide to inhibit prostate cancer cells.
