HD-TAC7 is a potent, selective Cereblon-dependent HDAC3 PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 0.32 uM in RAW 264.7 cells.
HD-TAC7 induced an increase of H3K27 acetylation in RAW 264.7 macrophages.
HD-TAC7 induces E3 ligase dependent ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome mediated HDAC3 degradation.
HD-TAC7 shows a minimal effect on gene expression in LPS/IFNγ-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages.
