Golcadomide (CC-99282) is a potent, oral cereblon-modulating CELMoD agent that acts as cereblon-based molecular glue degrader of both IKZF1 and IKZF3.
Golcadomide (CC-99282) shows surpassing anti-tumor activity of the IMiD® agent lenalidomide in preclinical models.
Golcadomide (CC-99282) downregulates MYC, activated interferon-stimulated genes, and promoted antiproliferation, apoptosis, and immunogenic cell death, in human lymphoma cell lines.
Golcadomide (CC-99282) preferentially distributed to tissues known to be affected by lymphoma, resulting in enhanced tumor regression and tumor-free outcomes in mouse DLBCL xenografts.
