Germinone (Germinone A) is a small molecule agonist HTL/KAI2 (KAI2), also binds to DWARF14 (D14), shows germination-inducing activity for thermo-inhibited Arabidopsis seed.
Germinone inhibited KAI2-dependent dMYLG hydrolysis with IC50 of 0.58 uM.
Germinone strongly inhibited YLG hydrolysis by D14 with IC50 of 0.01 uM.
