GSK343 is a highly potent, selective, SAM-competitive, and cell-active EZH2 inhibitor with IC50 of 4 nM and Kiapp of 1.2 nM.
GSK343 displays 60-fold selectivity over EZH1, and >1000-fold over other methyltransferases.
GSK343 potently inhibits H3K27me3 in HCC1806 breast cancer cells with IC50 of 174 nM.
