GO847 is a potent, specfic and orally bioavailable Casein Kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor with IC50 of 40.2 nM.
GO847 showsprominent selectivity against CK2α (α1 and α2) compared to TBB, DMAT, and CX-4945.
GO847 inhibits the proliferation across a panel of human and mouse hematological malignancy cell lines, including leukemia (C1498, THP-1, OCI-AML3, K562, CCRF-CEM, BALL-1) and multiple myeloma (KMM-1) with IC50 of 0.9-9.6 uM.
GO847 reduced phosphorylation signals of CK2 substrates, including AKT1 (S129) in C1498 and THP-1 cells.
