GLPG2534 (GLPG 2534) is a potent, selective IRAK4 inhibitor with therapeutic potential in chronic inflammatory skin diseases.
GLPG2534 inhibits TLR and IL-1 responses in primary keratinocytes, granulocytes, and T cells.
GLPG2534 markedly dampened skin inflammation (Il-23-, Il-33-, imiquimod- and MC903-induced) in murine models of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis (AD).
GLPG2534 reversed pathogenic molecular signatures in human lesional psoriasis and atopic dermatitis biopsies.
