Fidarestat (SNK860) shows little to no inhibition against AKR1B10 和 V301L AKR1B10.
Fidarestat (SNK860) improves motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and metabolic abnormalities in sciatic nerve were investigated in acute STZ-induced diabetic rats.
