FHD-609 (FHD609) is a potent and selective heterobifunctional protein degrader (PROTAC) of BRD9, a subunit of non-canonical BAF complex, strong anti-tumor efficacy in a subtype of AML.

FHD-609 is effective at inhibiting the growth of a subset of AML cell lines, induce changes and apoptosis in cell cycle.

FHD-609 exihibits potent anti-tumor efficacy in AML CDX and PDX models.
