Elevenostat (JB3-22) is a selective HDAC11 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.235 uM.
Elevenostat (JB3-22) reversed the inhibitory effects of HDAC11 at the Foxp3 promoter in vitro, also partially reversed the inhibitory effect of HDAC11 on p300-induced Foxp3 acetylation at lysine 31.
HDAC11 targeting with Elevenostat (JB3-22) for post-transplant can promote Treg suppressive activity and lead to long-term allograft survival.
