ERO1α inhibitor I29 is a specific small molecule inhibitor of Endoplasmic reticulum oxidoreductin 1 alpha (ERO1A, ERO1α) with IC50 of 2.6 uM, inhibits ERO1-driven triple-negative breast cancer and SEPN1-related myopathy, phenocopies ERO1α genetic deletion and enhances efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy.
