ENPP1 inhibitor 31 potentiates the STING-mediated type I IFN response induced by cGAMP, thereby amplifying innate immunity.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 activated cGAMP-mediated ISG expression in THP-1 cells.
ENPP1 inhibitor 31 increased antitumor efficacy of ICIs therapy in 4T1 syngeneic model.
