E3330 (Erenapurstat, APX3330) is a specific small-molecule inhibitor of Apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease 1 (APE1)/redox factor-1 (Ref-1) redox function with IC50 of 50 uM, but not APE1 DNA repair activity.
APX3330 (E3330) inhibits not only the growth but also the migratory abilities of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro, dramatically inhibits nuclear HIF-1α protein DNA-binding activity in PANC1 cells at >20 uM.
APX3330 (E3330) affects cytokine-mediated hemangioblast development in vitro.
