DDO-02267 is a potent, specific, lysine-targeting covalent inhibitor of ALKBH5 with binding KD of 2.8 uM in ITC assay and IC50 of 174.7 nM in FP assay, specifically targets lysine 132 (Lys132).
DDO-02267 demonstrates more than 20-fold selectivity over FTO and ALKBH3.
DDO-02267 (0-80 uM) increases the levels of cellular m6A and targets ALKBH5-AXL signaling axis in AML cells.
