Compound 6809-0223 is a small-molecule antagonist targeting the immune checkpoint VISTA, shows good binding affinity for murine VISTA (Kd=647 nM, VISTA-ECD).
Compound 6809-0223 increases IL-2 secretion by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, also increases murine CD4+ T cell proliferation.
Compound 6809-0223 increases production of the IL-2, IL-4, IFN-γ and TNF-α cytokines in CD8+ T cells.
