Carinostat (ACY-241) is a second generation potent, orally active and high-selective HDAC6 inhibitor with IC50 of 2.6 nM.
Carinostat (ACY-241) inhibits HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3 and HDAC8 with IC50 of 35 nM, 45 nM, 46 nM and 137 nM, respectively.
Carinostat (ACY-241) enhances the activity of paclitaxel in solid tumor models.
Combination ACY-241 and anti-PD-L1 antibody enhances anti-tumor immunity and cytotoxicity in multiple myeloma.
