Cirsiliol is a selective 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 uM for 5-LO purified from rat basophilic leukemia cells, also binds and inhibits TYK2, inhibits ESCC growth in vitro and in vivo, also induces autophagy and mitochondrial apoptosis in osteosarcoma.
