CW85319 is a small-molecule compound that enhances Axin2's interaction with GSK3β, shows a high-affinity binding with Axin2 with Kd of 5.8 uM.
CW85319 effectively increased the binding interaction of Axin2 with GSK3β in a dose-dependent manner, increased the phosphorylation levels of Axin2 without altering its acetylation levels.
CW85319 triggers Axin2 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells.
CW85319 blocks Axin2-driven EMT programme and suppresses CRC cell motility behaviours.
CW85319 blocks Axin2-driven EM. CW85319 suppresses colorectal cancer cell proliferation by limiting Axin2-driven cell cycle progression.
