    CU05-1189 is a non-peptide, allosteric inhibitor of the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain of PDK1, specifically inhibits Akt signaling pathway.
    CU05-1189 (2 uM) inhibits VEGF-induced proliferation of HUVECs, blocks VEGF-induced endothelial cell migration, invasion, and tube formation.
    CU05-1189 inhibits the PDK1/Akt signaling pathway by suppressing membrane localization of PDK1.
    CU05-1189 exerts antiangiogenic effects in matrigel plugs in the murine Matrigel plug assays.
    CU05-1189 (50 mg/kg, oral) inhibits tumor angiogenesis and growth in an A549 xenograft mouse model.
