CR-1-31-B (CR-31) is a potent and specific eIF4A RNA helicase inhibitor, blocks translation of the MUC1-C oncoprotein.
CR-1-31-B (CR-31) is synergistic in suppressing the growth of these cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, when combined with CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib.
CR-1-31-B (CR-31) reduced the viability of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) organoids.
CR-1-31-B (CR-31) suppresses tumour growth and extends survival of genetically-engineered murine models of PDA, also induced glutamine reductive carboxylation.
