TBB (4,5,6,7-tetrabromobenzotriazole) is a potent, cell-permeable and ATP-competitive CK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.15 uM and 1.6 uM for rat liver CK2 and human CK2 respectively.
TBB also inhibits MESH1 (Metazoan SpoT Homologue 1) with an IC50 value of 4.7 uM.
