CB5712809 is a high affinity Keap1 inhibitor, inhibits Keap1:Nrf2 activity with IC50 of 36.7 nM.
CB5712809 demonstrates a GI50 value of 4851 nM in inhibiting CCD 841 cell proliferation.
CB5712809 inhibits the proliferation of HCT116 and Caco-2 cells with GI50 values of 40.07 nM and 102.8 nM respectively.
CB5712809 upregulates SQSTM1/p62, and Nrf2, and downregulate Keap1 levels in CRC cells.
