Anti-Human CD3 CD19 BsAb (Blinatumomab biosimilar; Blincyto) is a single-chain bispecific recombinO2:O66ant antibody from Micromet's BiTE (bispecific T-cell engager) product platform that binds both the CD19 antigen and the T-cell receptor (CD3).This Mab's mode of action is by directing CD3+ effector memory T cells to CD19+ target cells leading to T-cell activation and B-cell apoptosis.
