生物&药学活性

A humanized monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to all VEGF-A isoforms with high affinity, inhibits its interaction with VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2. Bevacizumab inhibits the VEGF-induced proliferation of HUVEC with EC50 of 0.047 ug/ml; induces endothelial cell proliferation, promotes cell migration, inhibits apoptosis and induces permeabilization of blood vessels.
