BT-114143 is a small molecule plasminogen activation inhibitor with IC50 of 7.42 uM in in vitro enzymatic reaction system (buffer clot lysis assay), and IC50 of 0.56 uM for fibrinolysis in human whole blood.
BT-114143 exhibits superior activity in inhibiting fibrinolysis compared to tranexamic acid (TXA).
BT-114143 significantly reduced the tail bleeding time at dosages of 5 mg/kg/h and 40 mg/kg/h in rat model.
