BRM011 inhibits proliferation in BRG1-mutant SKMEL5 cells with IC50 of 13 nM.
BRM011 demonstrated a profound sensitivity across growth inhibition across 100 cancer cell lines from various cancer primary sites.
BRM011 phenocopies effects of dual knockdown of BRG1 and BRM, decreases MYC gene expression, induces apoptosis and differentiation across hematopoietic cancer cell lines.
