BRD9500 is a potent, selective and orally active phosphodiesterases 3 (PDE3) inhibitor with IC50 of 10 and 27 nM for PDE3A and PDE3B, respectively.
BRD9500 is potent against biomarker-positive HeLa and SK-MEL-3 cells, selective for PDE3 in a PDE panel, clean in a CYP panel, hERG assay, and Ames test, and active in a murine model of melanoma.
