BMS-332 (BMS332) is a potent, selective dual DGKα/ζ inhibitor with IC50 of 9/8 nM respectively.
BMS-332 displays >100-fold selectivity over the related DGK type I family members DGKβ and DGKγ.
BMS-332 exhibits IC50 values of 5 nM and 1 nM in the YFP-DGKα and YFP-DGKζ high-content translocation assays, respectively.
