B32B3 is a specific, small‐molecule inhibitor of DCAF1 (Vpr-binding protein, VprBP) with IC50 of 0.6 uM, selectively inhibits H2AT120p with IC50 of 0.5 uM.
B32B3 has >100-fold selectivity for VprBP over 33 other kinases.
B32B3 reactivates growth regulatory genes and impede tumor growth.
B32B3 (5 mg/kg twice a week over 3 weeks) display anticancer properties in DU145 xenografts.
