Avicularin is a Chinese herbal medicine with anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects, reduces cell viability and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in NSCLC cells by facilitating USP7-dependent degradation of FOXM1.
Avicularin alleviates acute liver failure by regulation of the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and Nrf2/HO-1/GPX4 pathways to reduce inflammation and ferroptosis.
Avicularin inhibits ferroptosis and improves cognitive impairments in Alzheimer's disease by modulating the NOX4/Nrf2 axis.
Avicularin induces apoptosis in NSCLC by promoting USP7-mediated degradation of FOXM1.
