Avadomide (CC-122) is a small molecule that binds to cereblon (CRBN) and promotes degradation of Aiolos and Ikaros in DLBCL and T cells in vitro and in vivo.
Avadomide (CC-122) induces degradation of transcription factors Aiolos (IKZF3) and Ikaros (IKZF1) and does not affect CK1α protein levels.
Avadomide (CC-122) inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in a broad panel of DLBCL cell lines, and stimulates IL-2 production in primary T cells.
Avadomide (CC-122) reduces tumor growth in xenograft models established from ABC- and GCB-DLBCL cell lines.
