    AZD8154 is a highly potent, selective dual PI3Kγ/δ inhibitor with cell pIC50 of 9.1/8.4, respectively.
    AZD8154 inhibits the release of IL-5 and IL-17, and eotaxin-3 (CCL26)-induced CD11b expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
    AZD8154 inhibits eosinophil migration in response to an inhaled ovalbumin challenge of allergic asthma model.
