AHPC(Me)-C6-NH2 exhibits a highly selective degradation profile, with FBXO22 being the only protein efficiently degraded across the entire proteome.
AHPC(Me)-C6-NH2 (1-10 uM) induces robust FBXO22 degradation in THP-1 and HEK293T cells for 24 hours.
AHPC(Me)-C6-NH2 is effective for FBXO22 degradation by engaging C326.
AHPC(Me)-C6-NH2 mimics genetic loss of FBXO22 and serves as a chemical biology tool for probing its function.
